Instructions for first login
When you have received a link for First login in our private site (as requested to fill with the KYC questionnaire, or Digital Certificate, or Model 210 for Non Resident Tax, etc), after clicking the link, you will be driven to the Login’s site, where you will be asked to introduce a Password that must be created by you.
Please, note that to proceed with this initial login you only need to introduce the Password that you are free to create.
Password must be 8 digits mixing numbers and letters (no matter capital letters)
Once you introduce the Password, and Password is confirmed, you will be automatically logged into the site.
It is very important that you do not change or edit the rest of fields of the login site.
Please, keep the password in a safe place in order to recover it in future access/visits to the internal site.

Instructions for second or more login
For future visits, you will be logged with the following data:
User: Your email
Password: Your recent Password created
Sections on Private Site
Once you are logged, you will see several areas as:

Communications
Documents

- KYC formular that you need to fill. Just click on it and fill the sections with the information demanded.
For this, please, be kindly invited to click in this KYC form and fill with it with the information requested.
You have to do this as the first task when logged. So, please, do not pass to the rest of sections on the site without completing the form first.
Filling the KYC will allow us:
To updated your personal details in our system, as Name, Address, Telephone, etc.
