Spain has now completed its digital transformation. For non-residents, property owners, investors and inheritors, the Digital Certificate (Certificado Digital) has become the single most important tool to interact with the Spanish Administration — and we take care of the entire process for you.

It is a secure electronic file that confirms your identity online and has the same legal validity as a handwritten signature, allowing you to deal with Spanish authorities from anywhere in the world, without paperwork or physical appointments.
