Instructions for first login
When you have received a link for First login in our private site (as requested to fill with the KYC questionnaire, or Digital Certificate, or Model 210 for Non Resident Tax, etc), after clicking the link, you will be driven to the Login’s site, where you will be asked to introduce a Password that must be created by you.
Please, note that to proceed with this initial login you only need to introduce the Password that you are free to create.
Password must be 8 digits mixing numbers and letters (no matter capital letters)
Once you introduce the Password, and Password is confirmed, you will be automatically logged into the site.
It is very important that you do not change or edit the rest of fields of the login site.
Please, keep the password in a safe place in order to recover it in future access/visits to the internal site.

Instructions for second or more login
For future visits, you will be logged with the following data:
User: Your email
Password: Your recent Password created
Sections on Private Site
Once you are logged, you will see several areas as:

Communications
Documents

1.- Home

DIGITAL CERTIFICATE
At Home section you will see the DIGITAL CERTIFICATEform that you need to fill. Just click on it and complete the requested sections.

Please, be kindly invited to click the DIGITAL CERTIFICATE and complete it with the requested information.
You have to do this as the first task when logged in. So, please, do not go to the rest of sections on the site without completing the form first.
You will need to complete 5 steps:
- Step 1: Updating your personal data — (please do not change your current email as this is being used to have access to the APP. In case you wished to change your email contact our Team through the Communication Chat at the App)

- Step 2: Completing the payment


- Step 3: Download the Authorization Document

- Step 4: Sign the Authorization Document (For security reasons we need an original signature must be placed in the document, so you need to sign it by your own).

- Step 5: Load the Authorization Document signed + Recent copy of your Passport or ID Card to the “Document” Section of our APP
- This a very important step. It implies that, once you have the Authorization document signed, you need to updload it in our Document section together with a recent copy of your Passport or ID Card

This is a conversational chat that you are kindly invited to use for a direct contact with your Team Member in future communications.
